From upstate SC, Jet Angel enjoyed early success after college in Textile Management prior to entering the Broadcast Industry in 1982 in Sales and Sports Announcing in NE Georgia. He moved to the coast in 1985 and fell in love with the area. Management and Co-Ownership in the local Radio Industry and Advertising Agency fields in SC and GA. followed. In 2003, Jet formed New Business Opportunities, and as an accomplished sales trainer and seminar speaker, he hosted over 2,500 marketing and advertising seminars throughout the US. Jet was an organizer and promoter of local concerts, beach festivals, off-shore power boat racing and many larger charitable events. He served as the Savannah Area Radio Association President and held Board positions with The Savannah COC, The Savannah CVB, ACS, ALA, AHA and currently Family Promise of Beaufort County, SC. 

As COVID-19 changed the seminar business, the opportunity arose to stay closer to home and help people find the “home of their dreams” in the Lowcountry and Coastal Empire, through real estate sales. Thirty-five plus years in Beaufort, Hilton Head and Savannah have given him much appreciation for the beauty, history and varying cultures of the coast!

Residing in Bluffton, married to the former Betty Rose Pettigrew of Beaufort, a Clemson grad, Jet and his wife have three adult children, a wonderful daughter-in-law, and now twin grandsons! He enjoys following all sports, especially college, and certainly, the Clemson Tigers!
